Long ago, I rode my bicycle from San Francisco, across Nevada and the Rockies, into the South, through Washington DC, and up to Maine. Now, I have transformed from a bicycle traveler, to a bicycle commuter. I still relive the sense of freedom by reading about other people’s adventures and hope to provide a forum for this purpose. I have owned this domain name since 1999 in hopes of one day figuring out how to make a reasonable web site for this purpose without quitting my day job.
